Fix the Spit Run! Join Mike on his annual race against the traffic to highlight the need for a public transport solution for the Spit. This is Mike's fourth year of the run where he has shown it is quicker to commute to the city from Manly in a pair of sneakers than a car.

Mike will be joined this year by Manly's favourite runner, Barry Golding from the Manly Running Academy.

All runners to assemble at Balgowlah Boys High School, 7:15am on Tuesday 22 February. Run ends at the Oaks Hotel, i.e. the start of the freeway.

Launch of the 2011 Simpson Desert MultiMarathon Multi-Charity Event - Come and support Manly community hero Barry Golding from the Manly Running Academy as he launches a marathon blitz in support of children's charities!
